Terms of Service

By accessing or using CS2PREDICT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description

CS2PREDICT is an AI-powered statistical analysis platform that generates predictions for professional Counter-Strike 2 matches. The Platform provides informational and entertainment services only. CS2PREDICT is not a bookmaker, exchange, or gambling operator.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without refund.

3. Account & Authentication

Registration is available via Steam OpenID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. CS2PREDICT is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Subscriptions

• The Platform offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Current prices are published on the pricing page.
• Subscription payments are made from your account balance in USD equivalent.
• Subscriptions can be monthly or yearly. Yearly subscriptions provide a discount (pay for 10 months, get 12).
• Auto-renewal can be enabled or disabled at any time.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for downgrades.
• Upgrades are prorated based on remaining days.

5. Subscription Refunds

• Within 14 days of payment you may cancel a subscription and receive a refund, provided the paid features were not used.
• If paid features were used, a refund for the unused period is at our discretion.
• If we cannot technically deliver the paid service, the payment is refunded in full.
• Requests go to contact@cs2predict.gg and are handled within 10 business days.

6. Predictions & Contests

• Prediction contests allow users to stake virtual balance on match outcomes within the Platform.
• Predictions are for entertainment purposes. Users should make their own informed decisions.
• Prediction limits: $1 minimum, $500 maximum.
• Payouts are calculated proportionally from the total pool after commission deduction.
• Matches with predictions on only one side are automatically refunded.
• CS2PREDICT reserves the right to cancel and refund any prediction contest.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are accepted in stablecoins — USDT via TRC-20, BEP-20, TON and Solana, and USDC via Solana; in the native coins TRX, BNB, SOL, LTC and TON; and in CS2 Steam items valued at market rate.
• Minimum deposit: $5. Maximum deposit: $10,000. Minimum value per Steam item: $15.
• Withdrawals are paid in USDT or USDC on TRC-20, BEP-20 or Solana, and are subject to a 5% commission plus a $5 network fee.
• Minimum withdrawal: $100. Maximum withdrawal: $10,000. The minimum is the same on every network.
• Withdrawals are processed manually and may take up to 24 hours.
• CS2PREDICT reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-access the Platform beyond normal usage
• Attempt to manipulate prediction pools or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience

9. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI predictions are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future performance. Match outcomes are inherently unpredictable. CS2PREDICT does not guarantee any specific accuracy level or financial outcome. Users should never rely solely on our predictions for financial decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including models, algorithms, analysis, blog posts, and user interface — is the property of CS2PREDICT. Match data is sourced from publicly available information via HLTV.org.

11. Limitation of Liability

CS2PREDICT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS2PREDICT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including financial losses from predictions.

12. Account Termination

CS2PREDICT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In case of termination for violations, remaining balance may be forfeited. In case of voluntary account closure, users may withdraw their remaining balance.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its date. Changes affecting the price or scope of an already-paid service are announced at least 10 days in advance and do not apply to the paid period.
